Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP19-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 136 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP19-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCOA1, POLRMT, and ZSCAN12. Each is linked with KRTAP19-3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP19-3-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP19-3 results are reported.
