Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP19-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP19-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAZ2A, NCOA1, and SMOX. Each is linked with KRTAP19-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP19-2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP19-2 results are reported.
