KRTAP15-1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP15-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP15-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FSD1, PRPF19, and SENP5. Each is linked with KRTAP15-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP15-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP15-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP15-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP15-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
