KRTAP13-3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP13-3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,346 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP13-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETDB, P2RY10BP, and RNU6-1213P. Each is linked with KRTAP13-3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP13-3-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP13-3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETDB grouped by KRTAP13-3-low versus KRTAP13-3-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP13-3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP13-3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
