Q-omics provides the consensus-scored P2RY10BP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. P2RY10BP expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, P2RY10BP is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, P2RY10BP RNA expression shows 10,135 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight KIRP, KIRC, and COAD as cancer lineages where P2RY10BP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
