KRTAP13-2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP13-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 678 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP13-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ28, SPTLC1P5, and DDX23. Each is linked with KRTAP13-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP13-2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP13-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP13-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP13-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
