Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP13-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 757 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP13-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GDF3, GLT6D1, and LCE1F. Each is linked with KRTAP13-2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP13-2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP13-2 results are reported.
