Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP13-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 129 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP13-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Export across plasma membrane, Positive regulation of receptor recycling, and Calcium ion transmembrane transport.
