Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRTAP10-6 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher KRTAP10-6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, ESCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where KRTAP10-6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
