KRTAP10-5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP10-5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 174 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP10-5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR513A2, CIR1P3, and RNU7-196P. Each is linked with KRTAP10-5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP10-5-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP10-5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR513A2 grouped by KRTAP10-5-low versus KRTAP10-5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP10-5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP10-5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
