Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP10-4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,672 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP10-4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial transport, Organic acid catabolic process, and Thioester metabolic process. Each is linked with KRTAP10-4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP10-4-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP10-4 results are reported.
