Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP10-4 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher KRTAP10-4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and PAAD show a favorable association.

DLBC, UVM, and SCLC are the cancer types where KRTAP10-4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
