The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher KRTAP10-2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC are the cancer types where KRTAP10-2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
