KRTAP10-10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP10-10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP10-10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, N-Ras, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with KRTAP10-10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP10-10-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP10-10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP10-10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP10-10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
