Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP10-10 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher KRTAP10-10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

ACC, MESO, and UVM are the cancer types where KRTAP10-10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
