Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP10-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,098 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP10-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Protein localization to mitochondrion, and rRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with KRTAP10-1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP10-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP10-1 results are reported.
