Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP10-1 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher KRTAP10-1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and PAAD show a favorable association.

ACC, DLBC, and CESC are the cancer types where KRTAP10-1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
