KRTAP1-5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP1-5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP1-5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-649P, RNU6-508P, and RNU6-1292P. Each is linked with KRTAP1-5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP1-5-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP1-5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP1-5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP1-5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
