KRT8P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT8P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,028 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT8P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT8P3, KRT8P10, and KRT8. Each is linked with KRT8P5 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT8P5-to-partner and partner-to-KRT8P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT8P5 versus KRT8P3 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT8P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT8P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
