Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT8P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,927 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT8P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fucose metabolic process, Ribosome assembly, and Fucosylation. Each is linked with KRT8P5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT8P5-to-partner and partner-to-KRT8P5 results are reported.
