KRT86

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT86 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT86-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, CMP, and Plasma cells. Each is linked with KRT86 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT86-to-partner and partner-to-KRT86 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by KRT86-low versus KRT86-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT86→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT86) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
