KRT86

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT86 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT86-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN2, PRKACG, and AMELY. Each is linked with KRT86 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT86-to-partner and partner-to-KRT86 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCN2 grouped by KRT86-low versus KRT86-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT86→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT86) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
