KRT85

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT85 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT85-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS35L, ERCC2, and USF2. Each is linked with KRT85 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT85-to-partner and partner-to-KRT85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT85 versus VPS35L in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT85→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
