KRT85

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT85 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT85-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MSH2, and Src_pY527. Each is linked with KRT85 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT85-to-partner and partner-to-KRT85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by KRT85-low versus KRT85-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT85→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
