KRT85

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT85 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,342 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT85-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT7, ITGB6, and SPINT1. Each is linked with KRT85 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT85-to-partner and partner-to-KRT85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT85 versus KRT7 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT85→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
