KRT85

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT85 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT85-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST4, AGXT2, and VCY1B. Each is linked with KRT85 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT85-to-partner and partner-to-KRT85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST4 grouped by KRT85-low versus KRT85-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT85→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
