KRT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 777 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUTC, LDHA, and PTRH2. Each is linked with KRT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT8-to-partner and partner-to-KRT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CUTC grouped by KRT8-low versus KRT8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
