KRT78

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT78 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT78-associated genes across cancer lineages are Raptor, Smac, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with KRT78 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT78-to-partner and partner-to-KRT78 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Raptor grouped by KRT78-low versus KRT78-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT78→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT78) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
