KRT78

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT78 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT78-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYY, MCHR2, and P2RY12. Each is linked with KRT78 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT78-to-partner and partner-to-KRT78 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYY grouped by KRT78-low versus KRT78-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT78→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT78) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
