KRT76

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT76 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,962 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT76-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNJ2BP-COX16, DHX29, and ZNHIT3. Each is linked with KRT76 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT76-to-partner and partner-to-KRT76 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT76→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT76) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
