KRT74

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT74 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,558 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT74-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELSR2, RGL2, and LAMB1. Each is linked with KRT74 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT74-to-partner and partner-to-KRT74 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELSR2 grouped by KRT74-low versus KRT74-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT74→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT74) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
