Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT73-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,481 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT73-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lymphocyte apoptotic process, Immune system development, and Interferon-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with KRT73-AS1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT73-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-KRT73-AS1 results are reported.
