KRT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,796 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P47, PDS5A, and VAPA. Each is linked with KRT7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT7-to-partner and partner-to-KRT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P47 grouped by KRT7-low versus KRT7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
