KRT6C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT6C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,096 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT6C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT16, KRT6A, and LYPD3. Each is linked with KRT6C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT6C-to-partner and partner-to-KRT6C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT6C versus KRT16 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
