KRT6C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT6C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,716 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNG5P5, LSM3, and RAD51. Each is linked with KRT6C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT6C-to-partner and partner-to-KRT6C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNG5P5 grouped by KRT6C-low versus KRT6C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
