KRT37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,789 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRABP2, IQGAP2, and SNRK_S351. Each is linked with KRT37 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT37-to-partner and partner-to-KRT37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT37 versus CRABP2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT37→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
