KRT37

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,098 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT37-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTNNAL1, RAB12, and PES1. Each is linked with KRT37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT37-to-partner and partner-to-KRT37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT37 versus CTNNAL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT37→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
