KRT37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT37 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT37-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src, eEF2, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with KRT37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT37-to-partner and partner-to-KRT37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src grouped by KRT37-low versus KRT37-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT37→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
