KRT37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 967 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT37-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT31, LYZL1, and IFNA2. Each is linked with KRT37 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT37-to-partner and partner-to-KRT37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT37 versus KRT31 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT37→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
