KRT37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT37 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,745 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT37-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTN4, GUCY2C, and ROBO4. Each is linked with KRT37 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT37-to-partner and partner-to-KRT37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNTN4 grouped by KRT37-low versus KRT37-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT37→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
