KRT34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT34 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT34-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PCNA, and INPP4B. Each is linked with KRT34 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT34-to-partner and partner-to-KRT34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by KRT34-low versus KRT34-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT34→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
