KRT34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 468 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT34-associated genes across cancer lineages are PES1, PATZ1, and ANKRD54. Each is linked with KRT34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT34-to-partner and partner-to-KRT34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PES1 grouped by KRT34-low versus KRT34-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT34→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
