Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT33A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT33A-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2B28, CCL1, and FAM181A. Each is linked with KRT33A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT33A-to-partner and partner-to-KRT33A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UGT2B28 grouped by KRT33A-low versus KRT33A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT33A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT33A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
