KRT32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,990 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT32-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICU1, CHAF1A, and PGAM1. Each is linked with KRT32 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT32-to-partner and partner-to-KRT32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MICU1 grouped by KRT32-low versus KRT32-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT32→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
