KRT32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT32-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNLIPRP1, GHRH, and OR2T1. Each is linked with KRT32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT32-to-partner and partner-to-KRT32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNLIPRP1 grouped by KRT32-low versus KRT32-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT32→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
