KRT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 151 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA19, ZNF705A, and PHB2. Each is linked with KRT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT3-to-partner and partner-to-KRT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
