KRT28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,749 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT28-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1169P, SAAL1, and TIMM21. Each is linked with KRT28 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT28-to-partner and partner-to-KRT28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1169P grouped by KRT28-low versus KRT28-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT28→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
