KRT28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT28-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC10A2, CALHM4, and PROP1. Each is linked with KRT28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT28-to-partner and partner-to-KRT28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC10A2 grouped by KRT28-low versus KRT28-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT28→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
