KRT27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT27 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT27-associated genes across cancer lineages are beta-Catenin, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with KRT27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT27-to-partner and partner-to-KRT27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, beta-Catenin grouped by KRT27-low versus KRT27-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT27→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
