KRT27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT27-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK18, LCE1F, and C1QTNF7. Each is linked with KRT27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT27-to-partner and partner-to-KRT27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK18 grouped by KRT27-low versus KRT27-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT27→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
